A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will move your web site(s) to our ultramodern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That is why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly experienced administrators whose sole task is to make sure that your web site performs exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We strive to carry out all web site migrations ASAP. Yet, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are several factors that you have to take into account – the very size of your website and the workload of our website migration team, etc. We always strive to implement each migration in less than 48 hours. With less sizeable web sites, our team typically manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We don’t need any sensitive data. We will need, though, the login information for your present hosting account and the name of the website that you need to migrate.

A: In order for us to start the migration of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose precisely the same information you have provided to your old hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate data is dealt with.

A: While we transfer your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. After the transfer is completed, we will make certain that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your data is not affected prior to informing you that the transfer is complete. After that, we’ll instruct you how to move the domain to your hosting account with us and how to update the DNS resource records.

A: Nope. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We’ll never get in touch with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
